With over 12 years of experience, I've established myself as a design leader who manages interdisciplinary teams, fostering strong relationships with both designers and stakeholders. My goal is to create design practices that people are eager to work with and contribute to.

My approach to both design and leadership is rooted in empathy — for the people who create the products and services and for those who use them. Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with a wide range of brands, including Lufthansa, American Express, VW, and many more, leading teams to develop insight-driven, human-centered experiences that meet both business objectives and user needs.
My UX expertise spans product design, service design, design thinking, research, and strategy and usability testing, all with a constant focus on the end user.
